Hot Water ByPass Switch - Help

awaywego Montana Master Join Date: Nov 2002 Location: Midlothian Posts: 956 M.O.C. #40	Chip The switch is for the water heater to work on propane. With the switch off and if the switch inside the water heater door on the water is heated by electric. If you turn the switch on and wait about 10 seconds you should hear a clicking and the water heater will light on propane. Hope this helps.
