ROL Quick reference guide
2019 MOC Annual North American Fall Rally
Registration on line (ROL) - Quick Reference Guide
You may want to print this Guide before starting.
If registering on a smartphone or tablet, you will not be able to upload a photo so we recommend using a computer to register.
Note: To speed up your registration, have a photo of you and your significant other saved on your computer and also have a valid credit card available.
1. Start a new registration - Enter and verify your email address, then ‘click’ the Continue button to proceed to the next screen/page.
2. Member registration – This section is for registration of MOC member, significant other, guests and additional information for the Rally book.
The name you enter in the First Name field is the name that will show up on that person’s name tag. So if you want a Nickname to show up on your name tag, enter that in the First Name field
Note: A “*” indicates required field, valid data must be entered into these fields.
Important: Photos need to be uploaded at registration so they may be included in the Rally book. Registrants not uploading photos may be contacted by the Wagon Masters for assistance.
If registering on a smartphone or tablet, you will not be able to upload a photo so we recommend using a computer to register using the following instructions.
To upload a photo, click on the (+add file) link. Then navigate to the photo that is stored on your computer. Click on the photo file to highlight it then click on the (Insert) or (Open) button. You’ll then be taken back to the registration form where you can now click on (view photo).
The “upload photo” link (+add file) is located below the “Cell Phone” field and above the “Emergency Contact Name” field.
The final information field in the registration area is “ Additional Information”
Please complete all the fields in this section since this information will be used for the Rally book.
Once the Personal Information fields are completed, ‘click’ the Continue button to proceed to the next screen/page.
3. Fees Page – Please select the number of guests from the drop down box (if applicable)
Campsite fee is pre-checked for the Rally week, select early arrival for 9/10 or 9/9 (if applicable) and then ‘click’ the Continue button to proceed to the next screen/page.
Note: You cannot book your campground reservation for the Rally directly with the Elkhart County Fairgrounds. It will automatically be booked for you thru the registration on line process.
However, campground reservations for early arrival dates before 9/9 or later departure dates after 9/18 must be made directly with the Elkhart County Fairgrounds.
4. T-shirt Page – This year one of the 16th Annual North American Fall Rally T-Shirt is being provided at no additional cost to each registered adult MOC Member (2 shirts maximum). Please select the size for each registered adult from the drop down list.
Once your selection(s) have been entered, ‘click’ the Continue button to proceed to the next screen/page.
5. Checkout Page – This page lets you:
•Review the high level Primary Registrant Detail (only the Primary Registrant data is shown at this time).
•Review Fees description(s) (ex: 2 Adults), verifying the correct headcount and total fees.
•Create an Account by entering and confirming a Password - You can speed up your next registration with this company by creating an account. (optional)
•View Payment Method, Credit Card is the software default and cannot be changed.
•Enter Billing Information. This section provides a secure method to process your rally fee payment. Enter your payment information into the fields provided.
•Review the Refund Policy.
‘Click’ the Finish button to complete the registration and payment process.
6. Confirmation Page – This page lets you know your registration is complete and that a confirmation has been sent to your email address. It also provides a summary of the Registration details and lists the name that will show up on your credit card statement as: Rally N Events LLC
NOTE: You cannot edit any of the data displayed on the Confirmation Page.
The 2019 MOC Rally Refund Policy is as follows:
The cut-off date for rally registration is August 10th, 2019 @ 11:59 pm.
Any cancellation prior to the cut-off date will receive a partial refund based on expenses incurred.
After the cut-off date, a refund will be considered only after the Rally has ended and all bills have been paid.
Congratulations, you’ve completed your Online Rally Registration!

I registered on line but did NOT see the "additional Information" section to request an ADA site or to state that one of us has an ADA issue. How can that be added?
I also did not have a current photo to add at this time, so can it be added later or sent to someone?

Thorsell-- Please check the posting I just put under the Rally section concerning the ADA requests. Concerning the picture- you can contact the Rally Booklet Coordinator, when one is named, on submission of a photo. Watch the Forum for further details.
JanChambers-- The schedule has not been put together totally yet and as soon as it is finalized it will be posted. Keep watching for further posts here on the Forum.

Do most people register by their given name or their "nickname"?

Baldicon,
It's a personal choice, but I would say if you use your nickname more than your given name then that's what I would use.

Am I assuming correctly that the sites at the fairgrounds have no hookups?

Alice,
No, the fairgrounds has full hook-ups and wifi.
As mentioned in other posts, all the hook up are at the back of the site so be sure to have plenty of water and sewer hoses.

Harry-- go to the posting by bish that is titled " Early Arrival change Procedure" here under the 2019 Fall Rally postings. Read what bish has posted and post your name and number you appear on the Registration list and then watch for future instructions on how to add a day or two to your arrival IF you have not already done this in your original registration. If you have already chosen to arrive 1 or 2 days prior to the Rally and checked that on your registration and want to add more than those days you will have to contact the campground/fairground for additional days and pay them when you arrive. Be advised that you may not get your assigned site for the Rally if you arrive prior to the two days before the Rally and YOU WILL HAVE TO MOVE to your Rally assigned site when it becomes available. There will be no exceptions to this rule, period

PATIENCE is the key word for the Fall Rally! We know everyone is chomping at the bit to find out info on the upcoming Fall Rally but PATIENCE is the word! The Wagon Master Team is working hard on everything from events, sessions, tours, site assignments and anything else that might concern the upcoming Fall Rally. When everything is set up it will be posted! This is NOT AN EASY over the night development. The Wagon Master Team has been working on this since the last day of last year's Fall Rally and it takes a lot of time to put things together so YOU ALL can enjoy yourselves at the Rally. So PATIENCE is the word to the attendees and you will be seeing posts coming up in the next couple of weeks concerning your thoughts and concerns with the Fall Rally!
Thanks for your time and PATIENCE and we'll see you all in a month and a week from today in Goshen, IN!
Your Wagon Master Team

Signing up thread question
When we sign up for a trip, helper, or any other thing, we start seeing the emails of when others also sign up!
If we want to discontinue receiving these, and push the stop following thread button, are we going to no longer get important messages that pertain to us personally? My personal email is bogging down about other people's plans.
Am I the only one? What do I need to do?

Ernie,
To stop the automatic email replies, click on "User CP (top left, 2nd line down on the main Forum page). Then on the left side of the screen, go down to "Settings & Options" and click on "Edit options". Under "Messaging & Notifications" (in the middle of the page) go down to "Default thread subscription mode" (2nd box) and click on the drop down box and select "No email notification".
That should stop the emails.

Actually Bish, that stops email from future threads you post on. To cancel a existing subscription (and other subscription options) click on "User CP" in the thin brown ribbon near the top. Then look in the left pane for "Subscribed Threads". Click on htis and there you will find options to delete existing subscriptions (which you want) plus changing the MOC default of adding a subscription if you Post on a Thread .
If this isn't clear, let me know.
