Ah! American ingenuity.

My set up was a little different. I have the same type of blocks. I put an eye-bolt in the end of each one. I took a good grade 1/2" rope, threaded it through the eye-bolt, and weaved it into itself. I used that same piece of rope (other end) for the other block. The rope acts as a handle when carrying and both chocks are used one under the front of the tire, and one under the back of the tire. I made two of this, four blocks total, and saved my chairs.
