There are a few posts in this site that talk about replacing the hose. Some with pictures. That said, I replaced my hose with clear flexible tubing from the hardware store.
You may be able to pull the hose out by removing (pull and twist) the drain funnel inside the fridge. I did it this way and if I was to do it again, I would try tying a light string to the old hose to help pull the new hose down. I can't remember the inside diameter of the hose I bought but you should try to get flexible hose with as thin a material as you can to get it replaced. I did warm the hose end in real hot water to get it to fit back on the drain funnel.
Not a bad job at all.
