Yes it will assuming you have a 15 amp power supply and an appropriate sized extension cord. I use a similar device to charge my batteries when boondocking.

Mine always plugged into 15 amp service using a 50 amp to 15/20 amp adapter when ever in storage to keep battery charged.

Yes, you can plug into a 15 amp outlet and it will keep your batteries charged through your camper just fine. However, you are limited what else you can operate in your camper to not exceed the 15 amps, or the weight of you extension cord you are using to power the camper.
If you exceed the 15 amps, the most that will happens is the power supply breaker will pop. Turn something off inside the camper, and reset the breaker at the source. That's the worst that will happen.
But yes, for simply keeping things charged up and operational, you will be just fine using that adapter.

Or, just disconnect the battey and it will stay charged all winter - what I do.

If you have FLA batteries, best to have a trickle charger to maintain a float charge.

I think mine stay charged almost full after 5-6 months. I guess there is some discharge on battery with no connections, but I make it thru the winter and they usually last 5+ years.

Very handy. We use one to recharge the battery when boondocking. Saves dragging the anaconda around.

Yes.
FYI, if you plug into a garage (or any house) GFIC, it may trip.
It's a known issue, house GFIC don't play well with RVs.
Just plug it into a regular receptacle.
