Furnace fan but no heat
It was 47 degrees the other night and I had no heat. I took the whole thing apart in addition to hitting the reset rocker switch with no success. Additionally, the circuit board showed no red light indications. I changed the 15A fuse - no success. I shut off the furnace at the thermostat to work on it the following day. After several hours, the furnace kicks on for 30 seconds and shuts off. No heat was pushed out. This happened with the thermostat turned "off"?! How is that possible? So I turned on the furnace before hitting the sack and the fan turned on/off all night? Any ideas?

At the risk of asking a dumb question, do you have propane at any other location such as stove?

If you do have propane does the burner try to ignite or is just the air circulation fan running. Remember in the sequence the air circulation starts first and then the burner should try to ignite so long as the sail switch has been moved by the air circulation. My heater in my Arctic Fox had intermitant problems which were resolved after I replaced the mother board.
I am sure others will give you more ideas to help resolve your problems.

I have found on my furnace that the stove will light but the furnace wont on a tank that has low pressure. I also found out when i switch bottles that if I open the new bottle before turning the switch that I don't have any problem with the furnace lighting.

Yes, I have gas at the stove
I ordered a sail switch for $8 first. Trying the simple, inexpensive things first. If it is the circuit board, that has to be $100.

My furnace is doing same thing. Have propane. Fired up Stove-- all three burners and water heater at same time. So It doesn't seem like a propane or flow issue. going to take it to dealer to look at-- it is still under warranty.
Going to see if they have a less than 6 week turnaround time this time. Told Sales rep already-- poor service is a reason to shop elsewhere for us.

I had the same problem. Heres what fixed mine....
Turned off thermostat
Turned off both propane tanks
Unhooked both tanks
Hooked them back up
Very very very slowly turned propane tanks back on
For some reason the heat then worked. Good luck!

Just to add to the fray. We had the same issue. Stove and H2O heater worked fine. Turning the furnace off and on would sometimes get it to run. Our issue turned out to be the regulator. Was not letting enough LP thru for the furnace to run. We had all the other stuff checked - sail switch, ignitor/flame detector and full tanks. My understanding is the regulators are very low quality.

I turned mine on for the first time this season. The fan came on but no heat. It clicked a few times but never did start blowing warm air. My stove works fine. Just recently bought the unit. Is there a switch to turn furnace on?

if you are low on gas the stove will light. There isnt a saftey switch built into the stove. There is one however built into the furnace. That way the fridge will still work and your meat will not thaw out. LOL.
There is a switch on the thermostat to turn on the heat or AC. There is also a fan switch make sure that it isnt in the on position as it will just run and not shut off. You can tell if the heater burners come on just listen to the exhaust vents outside the unit. Mine are by the front door. You can hear the burner light. You have to make sure they stay light they may light then go off. MAKE sure your gas bottles are full. Low pressure in the tank and you are wasting time.
