If your Monte is level, then your stove should be level or very close to it.

If you have a 'common' Atwood cook top, make sure that the top grill legs are in the four burner pan holes.
If its a burner itself, loosen or remove the sheet metal screw(s) that hold them and twist and bend that sheet metal leg until you have it level. Replace/tighten the screws.
If the entire stove including the oven is out of level, then you will need to loosen the entire assembly then shim to level.

America's roads being what they are seem to cause all kinds of strange shifts sometimes. Our stove top has to be shoved back into place if we hit a really bad patch of tarmac. Usually just means pushing it back toward the wall. This levels everything up. The drip tray that catches water in the fridge also tends to come out with the big bumps. Again, put it back and no more water in the bottom of the fridge. Hope your problem turns out to be a simple one.

On our 2018 3121RL the cook top was raised on one side. Turns out the gas line was a little too long and holding it up. Shop adjusted the line and it now sits flat.
