I would like to build a few shelves in my pantry to better organize those large open spaces. I called my local Camping World to try to order some matching wood parts, shelves and trim. I was told, by the CW parts rep, that for the past year Keystone has been shipping only warranty parts so I cannot order anything.
I called Keystone and they confirmed this is not the case. I finally got a hold of the Keystone Customer Service manager and expressed my frustration with Keystone's lack of technical assistance and with the total ineptitude of some of their dealers.
He suggested going to Trekwood.com to view their online catalog where I can order factory parts. I found what I needed there. This is the only piece of helpful information I have been able to get from Keystone.
I also let him know that I scheduled a service appointment at a local Gander RV (I do not trust the Camping World service) to install the right heat pump controller and fix a water leak I have. After making the appointment I called again to be sure they could get the controller part I need before I bring it in. After one week they have not called me back so I cancelled the appointment. Matt at Future Sales has sent me the correct controller and I will find the leak myself. Just wish I could bill Keystone for my time doing warranty work
