Toilet leak
Brand new 3901rk. First trip working out the bugs mostly minor. Last night I saw water around base of toilet looks like clean water. Toilet is Dolmetic 310. Before I take the toilet out any ideas. Day 5 of use. Thanks

If it was older I would guess the base gasket, although they could have not put it on quite right at the factory. Check the water line connection at the toilet valve, could be something as simple as it’s not tight. If the water line is not it, and the valve itself is not leaking, you’ll have to pull the toilet off (no big deal) and replace the seal and check to make sure they didn’t crack the plastic floor flange when they installed the toilet. Of course you can just let your dealer do all this under warranty, but I would call them to see if they will just give you the parts, the difference might be being fixed in an hour or a month. Be sure to get on it though or you’ll end up with a rotten floor. Good luck.

Possibly the water valve behind the foot pedal. I replaced mine with the cheap version on Amazon. Easy fix if that is the problem. YouTube. Would send a picture but have never been able to figure it out.

I would not pull the toilet.
My leak was coming from foot pedal--clean water and very minor, and I delt with until I had a list for warranty.
RV mechanic/tech put in a new valve. It also leaked. Next time he came, he put in another valve and problem fixed. Obvious to me this valve thingy is not perfect.
He replaced quickly and easily--I think it just kinda snapped/popped in the back and is held with 2 screws.
Careful if you take out the single center screw on the actual foot pedal and pull it out. I had a hard time getting it to line back up and was why I had to remove toilet to get it all re aligned.. Easy removal, but I can tell was not necessary for someone that knew what they were doing.
I "think" the vallve can be replaced without removing the pedal--not sure--I do recall the mechanic did pull it off and he knew how to get it back on with no issues....
I hope that all makes sense.

It's also possible there's no leak at all. When initially setting up and purging the air from your water lines, our Dometic 310 tends to blow air/water everywhere. You can get around this by running the bathroom sink while purging the air from the toilet line. You said you're on day 5, so it could also be spray from high water pressure if not using a good water pressure regulator (assuming you're not using the fresh tank). That said, if there is a leak it's almost always a simpler fix than pulling the toilet.

Took less than 5 seconds to catch the reference to the non-filling tank and float valve. What robot wrote this?

One great thing about the Dometic 310/320 toilets is that the valve can be replaced without pulling the toilet. My old Thetford Aqua Magic required that I pull the toilet to replace the gasket OR the valve, but the Dometic models can be replaced without pulling it, if it is the valve leaking.
