Santee, SC area
We are considering a one month "layover" in the Santee area of SC next spring...midmarch-midapril. Would like a park on the lake, as I will have the boat. Anyone with some insight ?
Thanks !

Bill,
Ann and I did and overnight stop (2003 time) at Santee Lakes Campground. The sites were grass over sand. They do have boat ramp and docks and is on Lake Marion.

You should try the State Park in Santee.

Bill you might also take a look at rocks pond in eutawville we have stayed there alot. It is kind of out of the way but a good campground. the only thing I don't like is no cable tv. They have good prices and right on the lake.
