2012 Montana Hickory edition 3400RL for Sale

2012 Montana 3400 RL 5th wheel purchased new in September of 2012. We are the original owners, and it is in excellent shape. It is 37’ long from front cap to back. The purpose was to snowbird to Arizona which we did for four years, along with a camping trip or two a year. I would say the trailer has about 15,000 miles on it from one trip a year to AZ. As with many others, we purchased a park model where we go in Arizona and will no longer be using it enough to justify keeping.
Asking $25,000.00

2012 Montana 3400 RL; Hickory edition; Central vacuum; Fireplace/heater; 4 door large electric/propane refrigerator; Ceiling fan; 1 A/C located in living room at back
Small desk area (perfect if still working or need a space to work)
Surround sound speakers; smart tv
Remote (FOB) to operate rooms, outriggers, stabilizers, awning, security lights
Blocks, rubber pads, interlocking pads; Plumbed for washer /dryer
Vent covers, door stop, and hood vent fan cover were replaced due to sun exposure

20,000 lb. Reese truck bed hitch and rails can be included.
