I've been told that the assembly for 2 wear guides requires that the tube be straightened before installing the assembly. This is due to having only the one bolt in the center, rather than the 2 bolts used on the asssembly for one wear guide. I plan to use some angle iron and a large c-clamp to do that.
Still waiting on my swap out, Lippert dropped the ball and I got ordering and installing a 3rd AC.

I too have this slide out problem under the fridge side of the slide. I did the washer fix and it worked incredibly well for about 3 months. The problem is back now and I've noticed that the tube is crowned more than before which leaves the once-tight washers very loose. It also appears that one of the wear tabs is significantly worn through. I've adjusted and retimed the slide so many times I could do it in my sleep...
Has anyone had noticable success with the service assy 366450? Or should I just go straight to the welded plate on top? I saw one review on the Lippert site that says the assy is still too thin of metal that it bends and flexes as it is tightened down.

I checked today and noticed a crown and also have the same question if the 366450 assembly works. Also, does the welded plate work? It seems that the bracket could crown like this mark up shows. A welded plate directly on the tube seems like a better idea. Or, welding a plate on the top or below this bracket might work too if the adjustability of this assembly provides a benefit.

I put the service assembly on my 3121RL about a year and a half ago after the crowning issue. So far I have not had any further issues. I probably will now that I have mentioned it....LOL

Update: I've now replaced the gear pack, flattened the crowning tube again, and installed the service assembly. I am extremely disappointed to report that it has made no difference...without the washer fix, the gears jump.
I'm at my wit's end and am ready to light this stupid trailer on fire. I regret so much spending additional money on a trailer that had the fancy new flush floor slides. They are absolute garbage. How the hell do I get this stupid thing fixed!?

It looks like you are fairly new to the forum. You may want to add a signature to your profile along with your RV details. I strongly urge not welding on the system. One of our members had camping world repair theirs and it cost thousands to undo the damage. I know this isn’t going to be what you want to hear, but I recommend two places. Both are in Indiana. The first would be Lippert, especially if it is under warranty. The second is Affinity, also in Goshen, Indiana. We are just north of you in Livermore, Colorado. Best of luck.

Snak, that’s a bummer. You did what you could so at this point, taking it to a shop as mentioned is the probably the way to go.
Did the service assembly flex as you mentioned from the review you saw and allow the tube to recrown?
Did you try the slide pads as RipNC and Hooterville mentioned in posts 23 and 39?
(I’ve got the assy on order. I like the idea of a welded plate but wanted to stay with an approved repair part. Sounds like welding a plate can also lead to other problems. Our kitchen slide is creaking (‘’21 3231CK w/ res fridge) as RipNC mentioned in post 23 and the tube is starting to crown. I also need to check the gap or lack of one between the tubes in the closed position. Will report back when done with the checks and assy install.)

The assembly does feel a little less beefy than I'd like, but so far it is not bending up nor has the tube re-crowned. I've only run the slide in and out about 6 times, though. Watching the tube and gear very closely as it moves in and out, there is no discernable gap between the wear tabs and the inner tube except when the slide is 3 inches from fully closed and the top of the slide tips inward, then it unloads off of the gear and skips...yet it still appears as if there is no gap between the wear tabs and the inner tube when it skips! I simply cannot figure out what is loose or binding.
At this point I'm afraid to use the slide anymore because I feel like a broken tooth on the inner tube rack part is imminent, I do not yet have any broken teeth, but 1 or 2 certainly look a little worn from the skipping. Unfortunately, the rack gear part is welded onto the tube and I don't believe there is any easy replacement for that part without removing the entire slide with a forklift.

I was hoping to get it working without the need to place and remove extra parts each time...it should work as intended without any modification! However, that is the only option I have left at this point it seems.
I will never buy a rig with a lippert flush floor slide again.

Let me know how your third AC install goes. I've heard that you have to tie in to the other AC units as they work together.

Another unfortunate update: I tried the slide pads on the floor. They changed absolutely nothing. Every time I run the slide the gears slip more and more. I put a brand new gear pack in and it jumped teeth every single time it goes in or out. The new gear pack looks like a tooth may break off now after attempting yet again to get this thing into correct alignment.
Additionally, the assembly part to prevent crowning is not working. The tube is starting to crown yet again even with the assembly installed. Something is forcing the inner tube to pull up so hard no matter what bolts I adjust on the slide and I can't figure it out.
