High Country jack problems
We are having an issue with the center set (out of the six total) of electric jacks. Have tried manual and auto but the center jacks will not go down. The front and rear jacks do go down. They were all raised just a few weeks ago. Any suggestions ?

Start by checking the connection to the module. You might do a reset as well. Also check the big green fuses.
Lippert 6 point Auto Level zero point reset
- Turn “ON/OFF” button “OFF”
- Push “FRONT” button 10 times,
- Push “REAR” button 10 times.
- Control will flash & beep, LCD says "ZERO POINT CALIBRATE"
- To memorize this level condition , press “ENTER”
- LCD says ZERO POINT STABILITY SUCCESSFULLY SET.
- The control will then turn off.

Install the Lippert NOW app on your phone. It will have all the support documentation to pretty much help you solve many of these type of problems.

My RR jack refused to move (fortunately stuck in the raised position). Found a Lippert video that suggested cleaning the fuse and receptacle in the box found in the basement ceiling. Used contact cleaner and it came back to life.
