Toggle switch behind breaker box bside of fridge?

Does anybody know what that fan with a three position toggle switch does on the side of the refrigerator behind the circuit breaker box on an 04 Keystone Montana 40 foot with four slides

A picture of this fan and 3-position toggle switch sure would help. It doesn't sound like something that was original. A Model number is also more informative than a 40', four slide description. There aren't a lot of us around that remember 20 year models and documentation is getting hard to come by.

On some of the older models, the toggle switch toggles between the microwave and the fireplace.

True that, but that switch was an either/or switch (not 3-point) and usually mounted on a cabinet wall. Plus there was no fan associated with it.
