Delam at gutter joint

I found another area of delamination directly under the drivers side gutter joint. This was likely caused by poor caulking of the gutter joint. I plan to seal it up with clear silicone and leave it be. This is on the same side where I found the small section of delam under the bedroom slide. That one is puzzling. This one at the gutter is pretty easy to see.

This unit has been living under shed cover since March 2021, and we have not been out very many times. No way of telling if it has been there for a while or if it is relatively new.

Check your gutter seams!!
