Has anyone had the A/C seal fail on their unit? Ours is a 2023 HC 331Rl

Ya it happens. Yours might still be under warranty. There are 4 long screws holding the AC unit in place. Sometimes they don't get tightened enough or the gasket is out of alignment. I start by checking that their tight. Here's a YouTube video showing the mounting bolts.

Mage sure their tight. If their tight then the seal may need to be re-positioned or replaced.

If you are dripping inside the camper, are you sure it's not just condensation forming. On mine, when the humidity is off-the-charts and the AC is running full throttle, we'll get water drops falling from the ceiling air duct. I know it's not leaking through a failing seal, as it doesn't do it all the time. Water dripping off the roof and nothing inside. But on other occasions, when weather conditions are just right, it seems like it's raining inside. Sometimes the front AC will do that, sometimes the back will do it. Funny though, never both at the same time.

Before tearing things apart, make sure you are not just experiencing condensation dripping.
