Front Cap Strip LED lights came loose

I have a 2019 Montana High Country Model 331RL. Brought the unit to my home from a campground and the next morning I was walking around the rig and noticed something hanging down by the bedroom slide. A closer look identified what I saw was the front cap LED strip light that goes across the top of the cap.

I guess whatever adhesive was applied in Elkhart finally decided to give up.

Does anyone know what adhesive should be used to resecure the lights once I confirm they still work and what is the recommended cleaner to use on the fiberglass cap prior to applying the adhesive and then the light strip?

Thanks

I have the exact same year and model. Mine also came off. A year and a half ago I bought the strongest clear double-stick tape I could find, Gorilla Tape, not 3M. I cut it in half lengthwise in about two-foot strips for ease of installation. Make sure you clean the surface well before application, with spray window cleaner. I like the stuff Home Depot sells, white can with the blue cap. Easy application, still holding strong two summers later.

I tried 100% pure silicone, but it failed after only a few days.
Ended up using Lexel clear and it has lasted over 3 years now.

Gorilla Glue, then Gorilla Tape to hold overnight. Mine has stayed up even with vigorous washes.
