Water heater issue

Opened up the 2020 Montana High Country this weekend. Filled the water system to include the water heater, turned on the exterior electric water heater switch and the blue lit interior electric water heater switch in the control panel. I found after 45 minutes the water was still stone cold. Checked the 120 volt breaker in the breaker box, ok no problem. Checked that the outside water heater switch was on, ok. I turned every thing off including the breaker to maybe reset. Turned the breaker back on and now even the blue light rocker switch in the rv to turn the water heater on will not illuminate ????? Thanks FYI the gas side works perfect.

The inside switch is powered by 12 vdc to actuate an interposing relay to deliver 120 vac to the heating element. So you may have a blown 12 volt fuse.

Thanks for the reply, I assume that fuse would be right in the breaker/fuse box? Thanks again

Behind the main control panel water heater switch is a 5A inline fuse that goes to the water heater.
In the files section is the Suburban Water heater service manual with diagrams.

Have you tried resetting the reset button inside the water heater? There is one for the AC side and one for the DC. They look like two round rubber flat buttons.
