It appears the 3150RL Refer is in a cabinet above the propane furnace cabinet up against the exterior wall. There may be an exterior had line running under the RV to that location. I suspect there is a common propane line that feeds the furnace, Refer, and likely, the adjacent water heater. Remove the outside (and perhaps the inside) cover and you should find the connections.
