I've got the MaxAir also on all except the Fantastic Fan in the kitchen area! No problems with leaving the vents open when it rains now! The Fantastic Fan has the rain sensor so no problems there either! I also have the hinged covers and they work great especially when you want to clean the vents! Still want to put the new screens in the unit for the fans! Upcoming project, I guess!
