Agree - any unit regardless of price or brand can/will have problems. The important consideration is the efforts a company puts forth on quality control and then how they stands behind their product when a problem occurs. Keystone (Montana) has always been very fair with me and that's why I am on my 2nd unit and will stay with the Montana line in the future. Unfortunately, dealers get involved and sometime you do not get quality service. Again, this is the same situation with any brand - Research the dealers service history before before you buy.
