Sorry but I don’t know what these connectors are called ( mini RCA???) so I did a screen shot of the system I bought. The male end of the small black cord in the pic will fit the female end down inside your wall. Maybe someone else can advise of best way to find and fish it out. The romex wire is not the wire you want. The hole thru the skin on my unit was about 1/2” diameter…not much room to fish.
