We use an indoor/outdoor thermometer to keep the humidity below 60% as I had read in an article on RV'S using the heater and a/c to control the humidity. We open and air out the rig as much as possible when the humidity is less than 60% outside. Full time 3 years and 30,000 miles later we have not had any mold issues.
