End of the month my warranty runs out and I can attest to one thing, this is my sixth fifth wheel since 2004 and my first Montana and it has been in the shop since day one as it has been in my possession. Hopefully most of the issues are settled down. As to the shop time, most of that is total CW mismanagement and disorganization. After this month with the warranty out, I can assure CW, I will not be a returning customer. Total zero customer service from being able to speak with service managers, get return calls, etc. Other than their big name and being a big chain operation I do not see how they stay in business!
