I did a quick internet search and a similar model, popped up at a dealer for $9900. I am sure that price is negotiable so me first thought is that the price on the stripped one you mention seems to be on the high side. If you are still interested, check the flooring and the bottom of the walls for any apparent water damage. Since the furniture has been removed, I would be very leery that this unit has experienced flooding of some sort??
