Inside or outside shoulder wear is caused by a mis-alignment. You will need either an alignment or the axle is bent. Either way take it back to your dealer or preferably an alignment shop. I would suggest an alignment shop that works on trucks/trailers as an automotive alignment shop will not be able to help you. RV dealers, in all probability, will send you to an alignment shop but only after they run a bill up on you.

Just a note..tires wearing down the middle are over inflated and tires wearing on both shoulders at the same time are under inflated. Cuping is generally a balance problem.
