My pass thru door was leaking water and soaked the floor. I caught it in time, dried all the contents & floor. Water was getting in at the metal strip above the hinge. Weep holes in the top of the door carried the water down to the channel on the bottom. water is supposed to drain to the outside, but instead drained to the inside. When the channel filled up with water, it spilled over onto the floor. I sealed/caulked all the metal frames around the pass thru doors and the latches. problem solved. Re-sealed all the frames on the front also--the sealant was dry and pulled off.
