Yes, you are comparing apples to apples as far as the type, load, and ply are concerned. When it comes to quality though, IMHO, you are comparing apples to oranges. The Goodyear G614 is the better tire of the two brands.

A short distance of 2 to 5 miles at a slow speed would probably be ok, but I would recommend buying 5 tires of the same size as there is enough difference in the two sizes to cause problems.
