While in storage with everything unplugged my batteries drain to nothing over a couple of weeks. My question is if I leave the solar power on will it charge my batteries and keep them charged over a period of time.

When we purchased the unit I was told to disconnect both the primary power and the inverter power while not in use, but now my batteries drain to nothing. Not good!!!!
