I, too, have a story. A good friend's husband died a few years ago when she was 79. About a year later she reconnected with a friend whoses wife has recently passed after years of Alzheimers. Seems the two couples were friends years before but had lost contact. They both had motorhomes but sold them after losing their spouses. Well you guessed it - they married a short time later when she was 81 and he was 84. Yup - they then bought another motorhome and three years later are still having a grand time taking several trips a year to Maine and Florida.
