Welcome to the forum from a fellow HC381TH owner. Several of us on here as that floor plan is one of the leading sellers.

I had and still occasionally have issues with the electric 6 point leveling. That system appears to be much more problematic. It helps to know how to “rehome” the jacks that will clear your error usually and system will work 3 or 4 times after.

To “rehome”: manually lower all jacks at least 6”. To manually lower jacks make sure retract light is off (push retract button to turn off if needed) then top 4way button lowers both front jacks, bottom button lowers both rear and pushing two middle buttons simultaneously will lower middle jacks. Then retract them all completely up by pushing and holding retract button till all jacks stop moving and the error message should clear. You can then automatically ground front jacks then manually raise front just a little more to pull out your truck. After that judge how level site is and add blocks as suggested below to reduce jack travel and hit auto level. Be advised that middle jacks won’t come down until front and rear jacks get trailer close to level. That’s a clue that your close to level.

You should start auto level nose up and at least somewhat level left to right (if site is way unlevel you might have to run low side wheels up on boards) by the way. I also figured out that using blocks under the middle and rear jacks helps keep them from giving overstroke errors.
Lippert has a good app for your smart phone GET IT your going to need it!

Walmart sells sets of square yellow plastic leveling blocks that work great. Get two sets since you have 6 jacks. You don’t need on front jacks as they have extensions built in

Whole trick is to use your judgement as to how many blocks under jacks to keep travel of same between 2-8” max. Otherwise you get the dreaded overstroke error code.

Once you get the hang of it not as bad as it sounds.
