We had the mold problem on our home SN bed. SN replaced the air bags and foam above no charge. They said the new bags are treated somehow. Another trick is to put a piece of the thin, plastic coated paper type drop cloth under the pillow top cover and above that top layer of foam. It stops body moisture closer to the top of the mattress so it can dry out easier and it doesn't condense on the air bags. That's been about 4 or 5 years and when we've checked no other problems.
