The first two additions to your rig needs to be a good surge protector and a water regulator. These will protect your trailer from unreliable campground utilities. SurgeGuard or Progressive Industries for power protection and a simple water regulator from Camping World will work. I second the recommendation on replacing the tires also. There are many threads on tires on the forum.
