A few years ago my 80 year old Mom had a couple of these done and for her it was a night and day difference. Prior to the work she was always so tired until she had a mild stroke and that's when they found she needed heart surgery. She's 84 now and going strong. I also found out they are called "stents" not "stints" like I originally thought.

Then just a couple of months ago my uncle starting exhibiting headaches, shortness of breath and lack of energy. Off to the doctors and he found out he needed three stents, but the doctors were hoping they could get away with doing only two. Then when he was on the table, they changed their minds and found he needed FOUR. All went well, and he's doing well, too. In fact, just a couple of weeks later, he's on a 2 month driving trip all over the western States, Canada and Alaska, and he's the one doing the driving. The wonders of modern medical science.

My family history is demonstrating I need to be more cautious.

Best to you Steve and Susie!!!
