Sorry about all of your problems,we also have a 2004 montana that is full of problems, back at the dealers now;it seems to me montana units have more problems than most units, some here will disagree but in talking to fellow montana owners and owners of other keystone products there simply is no qualty control, all they care about is pushing these things off to the dealers, who then have to handle most of the complaints, the best you can hope for is a good service dept. at your dealer. We have a decent dealer, they have fixed everything we asked and a few things on their own, keystone will fix your unit, parts and authorizations will be slow so be patient, the problem mostly imo, lies with keystone for poor quality control, this is the one area they really stink at, that is from most keystone owners we have talked to.Our dealer will discontinue the Montana line effective Jan.of 2005, they said they have picked up the Everest to replace it because Montana has went too far downhill, but Everest is also a keystone product, but;from another plant,Formally was Damon. Good Luck
