I went with Firestones and the on-board compressor when we were full time. Almost 3 years of hard use and never had an issue. I think both brands are top notch.
I think having the compressor was worth the extra money. I actually adjusted mine while driving on numerous occasions plus I like seeing exactly how much air they are holding.
