Welcome to the forum.

The water pump is behind a panel in the basement behind the convenience center if it's like my 2011 3400RL... which I think it is. There shouldn't be a need for you to access the water pump though. The pump will pump RV antifreeze in to the system by way of the winterizing connection in the convenience center.

Regarding the washing machine... While hooked up to a hose that's in a bottle of RV antifreeze, turn on the washer on a setting that will draw in HOT water and wait until pink is coming into the drum. Then, switch to a setting that will draw in COLD water and wait for the pink to show up. Also then pump out antifreeze from the washer to fill the trap in the drain line in the wall. It sounds complicated but you'll understand after you give it a try. Just make sure you get antifreeze into all three areas... hot water, cold water and the drain trap. This system works for me.
