Hmmmm I don't got the level up, but if I did I would probably use the silicone. If it's steel, aluminium or rubber and plastic, then silicone would be fine on it....probably a lot cheaper then the fancy spray they are trying to sell you. They use silicone in the telecommunications industry around a lot of sensitive equipment with no problems. .... Wet bolts should be fine just greased good once a year unless you are traveling every day...nothing wrong with greasing them more if you are bored with nothing to do....But lets not over think this.....
