Any dealer that tells you this is normal is bat crap crazy. Get them to put their assessment in print for future reference and then ran as fast as you can to the next reputable dealer. This IS NOT normal under any circumstances!! I can't help but notice poor quality / workmanship seems to follow light weight units. Don't know that to be statistically accurate but my impression none the less. I have an 2015 3610RL and have yet to have the first problem and I know how fortunate I am.
