How are you measuring the temp in your refrigerator? The most accurate way is to put a thermometer in a glass of water, as the air temp will change rapidly as soon as you open the door. As far as the wall gap being normal, I would tell Keystone that it is normal to never buy one of their products again and warn everyone possible about their shoddy workmanship and uncaring attitude.
