The Keystone tech support is something that is only done at the national rally which is held near the Keystone manufacturing facility and service center. Many regional rallies are held across the country and Keystone cannot support visiting each one. Have you signed up for the national rally in September?

Yes, we will try to set up a message board. However, your best bet is to simply talk to other members throughout the week. You will find plenty of time for this and the subjects of "how did you fix that" naturally come up.
