We have been fulltimers since March 2003. We started with a 2003 3295RK and liked that model a lot. We traded last August for the 2007 3400RL and really like it a lot, too. I think any of the Montana models can and are being used for fulltiming and/or longtiming by numerous people in this forum. We feel the 3400RL is an excellent floorplan.

I'd suggest you spend some time in it before buying. Sit in each room and visualize all the activities you'd do in that room. And even play act it out to see how it works. Include things like two people wanting in the kitchen at the same time, etc. Look for the negatives as well as the positives. Be aware there will be negatives regardless of floorplan. The more informed you are, the fewer surprises after the purchase.

Good luck.
