Yes, it is fiberglass with a gelcoat final finish. Any boat repair shop should be able to repair it. Maybe RV shops or truck shops if they have a fiberglass guy; I lean towards boat shops because that is all they do; plenty of them in your area. Once it is repaired properly, you will never know it was damaged.
