Norm and Judy, we changed our bank to Valley Bank as our "primary account". They are a local bank with great customer service. The only real drawback is that they charge $5 a month for online banking. Maybe that will change in the future. It is my understanding that in order to establish "domicile" a person needs to do as much in your new home state as possible; i.e., banking, wills, drivers' licenses, and vehicle registration.
