I enjoy using dishes as well, and do the dishes. I do have a sprayer on my faucet. It sounds like you don't. There is a sprayer that replaces the airiator (that little screw on thing with the screen in it) on the faucet. Pull down a spray, push up normal faucet water flow. They are about $10. The only time I use the sprayer is for the dinner plates, but stopped that. I just use the little sink for rinsing with some distilled white vinegar in the water...cuts all soap..plates in, turn 180, done. If it's not enough...use a coffee cup of rinse water and pour over the plates.
