No Switch 'r roo on Monday!

I guess I posted too soon about picking up the new Miss Montana.

I deicided to fax the dealer a checklist of what Keystone and I agreed on with the new unit. I was very disapointed when the checklist came back and things were not quite right. it wasn't as if they had left the tires off or anything that most would call major, but to me it was important. It has to do with the flooring, mostly. Anyway I had to really ask myself if I was being just too picky or was it something that really mattered to me or could I "happily" live with it the way it is and I honestly could not. Especially since I was so clear about it in the initial negotiations. Friday was a very stressful day!

Anyway, as usual, Keystone has stepped up to the plate and is taking full responsibility for the mistake. Keystone feels it would be too costly to make changes in the unit they delivered. They have decided to have the dealer sell the unit they delivered and build another one for me.

I will be talking with Keystone on Tues to put this new deal in motion. So it looks like I will start the waiting process over again. Maybe have my new unit by mid to late November.

I am disapointed but I am also glad that Keystone is willing to make it right once again.
