At 20% pin weight (which is conservative) I come up with 3280lbs @ 16400 lbs

I towed the 2011 3455sa in my sig with a 2011 chevy 3500 cclb SWR for a bit and was white knuckled driving in the mountains. I could feel the side to side sway/squishiness of the rear tires. Not a good feeling.

That's when I went to the 2014 dually. All I can say is what a world of difference. It now tows without any of the whiteknunkledness (is that a word lol) that it did with the SWR truck.
