For those of you still in Quartzsite, or potentially for next year, we found a pumper truck guy to dump tanks. He said he likes to have a days advance notice, but took care of us this afternoon. The price is $40 but before you poo poo it as too expensive, realize it costs $25 to dump in town. So to not have to pack up the rig, go to town (with the traffic) and then setup once again is worth $15 IMHO.
