We called the clerk of the township we live/vote in. We picked up application, which she would have mailed, no problem.
They will mail the ballot to us, and we mail back.
In Michigan, you can claim you are 60 years or older and that is reason enough to vote absentee. Al's mom is on a list for seniors that gets her ALL ballots automatically due to her age.
