One thing to remember about cleaning the A/C-- don't use a high pressure water nozzle on the washing of the fins. They are very tender and you can bend them easily. If I use water, I take off the nozzle and just run weather through them. It's surprizing how much dirt comes out of them. I try to clean mine once a year.
jlb27537-- Nothing wrong with Nebrska and the cottonwoods unles you're parked in a park that has them all around you and they are shedding their cotton. That's normally only during late May and June but not every year. The dryer it is the more cotton is formed to spead seeds because the tree is stressed.
